At first glance, you can see that this timid dog, barely noticeable among the 200 Žarkovica dogs, is 10 years old. And those ten years have been just the opposite of what she'd imagined as a puppy, a cute lovable one.

After they had had their share of play and joy wuth her and after they had abandoned her, everything turned so glum.
Gara won't approach you immediately, she isn't really sure what to think of people.

No, she will never show her teeth – life has been unkind enough towards her so she knows how ugly and sad it feels when no one loves you.

No, she won't do that. She will sit on the sidelines, knowing that people prefer puppies. Sometimes she does her best not to dream (because it's too hard once she wakes up), but when we met, when we cuddled (it didn't take too much convincing, just so you know), we saw the glimmer in her eyes.

Gara is a dreamer and all that we wish for her is for her dreams to become a reality.
