17/07/2022Our Chippie has quite a lot of shelter experience, but he hasn’t lost the slightest bit of the positivity he radiated when he arrived. He spent more than seven years with his roommate Komotu. All those long days and nights underneath the open sky were spent together. Their bond was so special that we always worried what would happen if one of them was adopted and the other one left alone.
Unfortunately, this is what happened this spring. Chippie’s beloved Komotu went across the rainbow bridge and left a void we don’t know how to fill. For two months Chippie has been lying in her kennel and won’t move from her blanket. The sadness in his eyes is too much to handle because we have always known Chippie as a cheerful play-loving dog.
He is a wonderful, intelligent dog who loves walks, play and people. Is there a chance someone might make our Chipiie forget about his pain and start wagging his tail again? He is medium in size, moderately active and is looking for his people for a maximum of pleasure and love.
