Armando is of an advanced age, he was born in 2012.
He is living in one of the smallest cages at Žarkovica and this is terribly unfair. However, he doesn’t show any sadness and he never complains. He simply doesn’t know any better and that’s all…
We don’t know about you, but this makes us terribly sad.
The look in his eyes always makes our hearts ache. Then we remember all the spoiled kids who keep complaining because they don’t have the latest iPhone and who are never happy with what they’ve got and who expect the world to revolve around them. And Armando, that modest calm dog, is grateful for his ripped blanket and rancid food and protective of that tiny corner of the universe, his only treasure…
We know that someone will pick him and provide him with everything he has never had so far… And then – we hope – his inner child will wake up, that same one who fell asleep such a long time ago…
Share his story and help him so that the cage at Žarkovica and the occasional stroll are not the only thing he can put in his memory vault.
